·       Exclusively Digital Products:  All products available on MyTechCart—including e-books, Canva and design templates, logo assets, video courses, masterclasses, prompts, scripts, and web templates—are strictly delivered electronically via downloadable links or web-based access. No physical goods or tangible items are shipped, fulfilled, or handled through courier.

·       Platform Role:  MyTechCart provides the digital infrastructure, checkout mechanism, and delivery environment connecting creators and buyers. All transactions and licensing agreements are executed in strict accordance with the intellectual property standards outlined herein.

3. User Accounts and Security

·       Account Registration:  To access certain features, manage purchase records, or participate as a seller/creator, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account profile updated.

·       Account Security:  You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password, as well as for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify MyTechCart immediately of any unauthorized access or security compromise at [email protected].

·       Prohibited User Actions:  You may not share account credentials, resell account access, exploit vulnerabilities, or use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction tools on the Platform.

4. Pricing, Payments & Currency

·       Multi-Currency Display:  Prices on MyTechCart are clearly displayed in United States Dollars (USD), Indian Rupees (INR), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), or other supported local currencies as selected via the platform's currency converter. The final checkout total, including any applicable transaction fees or statutory taxes, is explicitly disclosed prior to payment authorization.

·       Payment Processing:  Payments are processed securely through certified, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (including Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or authorized banking partners). By submitting payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

·       Delivery Issues & Retrieval:  If you encounter any technical difficulty accessing, extracting, or downloading your purchased digital file, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase with your Order ID, and our support team will provide a validated replacement link or alternate delivery method.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital software, templates, media, and downloadable files, the following terms govern returns and cancellations:

·       Final Sale Policy:  All sales of digital products are generally considered final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once download access or file keys have been provided.

·       Eligible Exceptions:  A refund or store credit may be issued strictly under the following verifiable conditions: (a) The digital file is corrupt, defected, or incomplete and our technical team cannot provide a working replacement within 72 hours; (b) You were charged duplicate times for the same transaction due to a gateway timeout or processing error.

·       Refund Request Window:  Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the transaction date, accompanied by proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

7. Intellectual Property & Digital Licensing

·       Ownership:  All content, platform design, brand assets, product descriptions, software codes, and trademarks displayed on MyTechCart are the property of Insysd Corporation Private Limited or its verified content licensors.

·       End-User License:  Unless expressly designated as 'PLR' (Private Label Rights) or 'Master Resell Rights' in the explicit product description, purchasing a digital product grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or internal business use only. You may not distribute, duplicate, sublicense, re-upload, or resell digital assets without explicit authorization.

·       DMCA and Copyright Infringement:  MyTechCart respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any material hosted on the platform infringes upon your copyright, submit a formal takedown request containing proof of ownership to [email protected].

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

·       Disclaimer of Warranties:  The platform and all downloadable products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

·       Limitation of Liability:  In no event shall Insysd Corporation Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use, inability to use, or reliance on digital products downloaded from MyTechCart.

·       Monetary Cap:  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

Users of the platform agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:
