PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT (THE “TERMS OF SERVICE”) CAREFULLY. These Terms of Service apply to (A) the website made available by MyTechCart (“MYTECHCART,” “WE,” “US”) available at www.mytechcart.com (the “WEBSITE”), (B) MyTechCart’s mobile application(s) (each, an “APPLICATION” and collectively, with the WEBSITE, the “PLATFORM”), and (C) the products, services, features, technologies, and/or functionalities provided by MyTechCart via the PLATFORM (collectively, with the PLATFORM, the “SERVICES”).By accessing or using our SERVICES in any way, you represent that (1) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these TERMS OF SERVICE, (2) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with MyTechCart, and (3) you have the authority to enter into these TERMS OF SERVICE personally or on behalf of an entity you have named as the user.IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE ANY OF THE SERVICES.

1.1 MyTechCart Supplier: The MyTechCart Supplier service provides tools designed to process a purchaser’s payment for certain digital products (“DIGITAL PRODUCTS”) and/or physical products (“PHYSICAL PRODUCTS,” and together with DIGITAL PRODUCTS, “PRODUCTS”) and facilitate the delivery of DIGITAL PRODUCTS to buyers.1.2 Marketplace: MyTechCart operates a marketplace that allows users with an account to sell and/or buy PRODUCTS that meet eligibility requirements set by MyTechCart.1.3 Affiliate Program: Sellers may participate in an affiliate program that allows them to designate affiliates who can promote their DIGITAL PRODUCTS and earn compensation upon successful sales.

MyTechCart acts solely as a venue for transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of PRODUCTS offered through our PLATFORM.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the SERVICES. MyTechCart reserves the right to provide support in disputes between users but has no obligation to do so.

The SERVICES are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights laws. Your right to use any and all SERVICES is subject to these TERMS OF SERVICE.4.1 Website License: Subject to compliance with these TERMS OF SERVICE, MyTechCart grants you a limited license to access and use our PLATFORM for personal or lawful business purposes.4.2 Application License: You may download and use a copy of our APPLICATION on a single mobile device or computer that you own or control.4.3 Updates: You understand that the SERVICES are evolving; thus, MyTechCart may require you to accept updates without prior notice.4.4 Communications: You consent to receive communications from us via email or other means regarding your account and our services.

5.1 Registering Your Account: To access certain features of our SERVICES, you may need to register for an account.5.2 Access Through Third-Party Accounts: If you access our SERVICES through a third-party service (SNS), you grant us permission to access your account information as permitted under their terms.

MyTechCart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our SERVICES.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these TERMS OF SERVICE will be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

MyTechCart reserves the right to modify these TERMS OF SERVICE at any time. Continued use of our SERVICES after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
